My dog has pulmunary hypertension - Dogs - MedHelp

My dog Pippin has been diagnosed with pulmunart hypertension and seen a cardiologisgt who now works at Auburn!????has taken .8ml...3x a day liquid sildenafil citrate for a year and 1/2??now and may need an increase from .6 ...we had an increase last time he saw the cardiologist...can no longer afford expensive scans and vet bills....we have spent a fortune...takes 25 mg 2x a day theophylleine, takes enalapril 2.5 mg 2x a day, takes tussigon 1/4 to 1/2 pill....3-4 times a day....any help for me in Pensacola Fl...he seems to be getting a little worse...had an echo 5 mos ago...all this expense becaue a vet did not treat him for heart worms properly when we to him...can we get bigger pills??and cut them to save $$$
